I just moved here and I’m so happy I found this place! I came in for a neurotoxin treatment, and from the moment I walked in, the staff and owner were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so knowledgeable and, more importantly, they really took the time to listen to all of my concerns about my skin. They didn’t just try to sell me things—they actually listened and came up with solutions that made sense for me and fit my budget. Their prices are great, too! I’m very selective about who I trust when it comes to my face and skincare, and when I find people I feel comfortable with, I stick with them. I had Botox and filler done at Laceleaf MedSpa with Desiree, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Desiree was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire appointment. My first interaction with Laceleaf was on a Monday morning and the woman happened to answer the phone from home. She was extremely patient with all my questions especially when I asked about EZ-gel. It was something I had never heard of before and sounded so interesting to me that that was what I ended up doing the next day. When I arrived the next day Desiree did my service. Also extremely patient with all I was asking. The procedure uses your own blood so getting blood drawn is involved. Every step was very professional and sanitary. Over the years have been to many high end spas to the extreme other end of Groupon discounts. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with fillers & botox. From the time I entered Emily at the front was attentive & had a great bubbly personality! I didn’t feel intimated as I have at other places. I was comfortable right away. When Desiree entered she is beautiful but warm & non-judgemental.  Options were discussed since there are so many now a day. I told her my high end budget for the day to keep it real and Desiree worked a plan together to be everything I could ask for.  That’s not to say I would have loved to do much more but with a budget I was able to have almost everything on this visit. I was made to feel so comfortable because Desiree is so knowledgable I even asked at the end about another area on the face and it was so minor Desiree was accommodating to add after she was done with ease & kindness. Desiree allowed me to be myself and I was asking questions between different follow-up appointment & treatment that I booked again in just 3 weeks.  This is for micro-needling and others have stated I should try for about 4 years however I never understood or it was explained above my understanding and the costs of stating I would need to be pushed into a package with others the costs & time were not something I was comfortable to commit my time or dollars. After speaking with Desiree, she explained the differences and what I actually needed and I booked the appointment. I could not say enough about these two ladies as they were absolutely wonderful today, especially considering I woke up this morning and decided to do this and it was a last-minute appointment. I was never rushed, and even extra time was given for numbing of my lips to make sure I would be comfortable.
